    1. Booking and Appointment Policy

    • Advance Booking: All appointments should be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments may be accepted depending on availability.
    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
    • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time to accommodate the next client.
    • Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message via text, email, or phone once your appointment is scheduled. Please confirm the appointment in a timely manner.

    2. Health & Safety Requirements

    • Age Requirement: Waxing services are available to clients 18 years and older. Parental consent is required for clients under 18.
    • Health Restrictions: Please inform your technician of any skin conditions, medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, recent skin treatments, acne, or rosacea). Certain conditions may affect your ability to receive waxing services.
    • Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before receiving any waxing treatment. Certain waxing treatments may not be recommended during pregnancy.
    • Medication: If you are taking any prescription medications (e.g., Accutane, Retin-A, or other skin-affecting drugs), you must notify your technician as these medications can affect your skin’s sensitivity and response to waxing.
    • Sun Exposure: If you have been sunburned or have a recent tanning treatment, waxing should be avoided. Waxing on sunburned skin can cause irritation or injury.
    • Pre-Waxing Care: For optimal results, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for the wax to adhere properly.

    3. Service Descriptions & Results

    • Waxing Services: We offer a range of waxing services, including facial waxing, bikini waxing, Brazilian waxing, leg waxing, arm waxing, back waxing, and more. Prices vary depending on the area being waxed.
    • Hair Growth Cycle: Waxing removes hair from the root. The length of time between treatments will vary depending on your individual hair growth cycle, typically ranging from 4 to 6 weeks.
    • Results: Waxing will remove hair and leave your skin smooth for several weeks. Results may vary based on individual hair growth patterns, skin type, and treatment area. Multiple treatments may be required to achieve the desired results, and repeated waxing can cause hair to grow back thinner over time.

    4. Aftercare & Skin Sensitivity

    • Post-Waxing Care: After waxing, your skin may be sensitive, red, or swollen. This is a normal reaction. Please follow our post-waxing care instructions to minimize irritation:
      • Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and hot showers for 24 hours after your treatment.
      • Do not exfoliate or apply any harsh products (like retinol, glycolic acid, or perfumed lotions) to the waxed area for at least 48 hours.
      • Apply a gentle moisturizer or aloe vera gel to soothe the skin.
    • Avoid Certain Activities: After waxing, avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, and exercise that causes heavy sweating for 24 hours.
    • Infection Prevention: Waxed skin is more susceptible to irritation or infection. If you experience excessive redness, bumps, or swelling that lasts longer than a few days, or if you have any concerns, please contact us or a healthcare professional.
    • Ingrown Hairs: Occasionally, waxing can lead to ingrown hairs. Exfoliating gently once the skin has fully healed can help prevent this. If you experience ingrown hairs, speak to your technician for recommendations.

    5. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

    • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your waxing treatment, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address any issues, including offering a free correction treatment if necessary.
    • No Refunds: Due to the nature of waxing services, we do not offer refunds once the treatment has been completed. However, we will gladly offer a free re-do or touch-up session if any issues arise within the first 24 hours.

    6. Client Behavior & Salon Etiquette

    • Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in the termination of services and may result in a ban from future appointments.
    • Personal Items: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon. Please keep your belongings with you during your treatment.

    7. Liability Waiver

    • Acknowledgment of Risks: By receiving waxing services at our salon, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved, including potential skin irritation, allergic reactions, or injury. You agree to hold harmless and release our salon and staff from any liability for any adverse reactions or damages that may occur during or after your waxing session.

    8. Privacy & Confidentiality

    • Client Information: We value your privacy. All personal information you provide to us (such as medical history or allergies) will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing you with the best waxing service.
    • Photographs: We may take before-and-after photos of your waxing service for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please let us know before your appointment.

    9. Terms & Conditions Modifications

    • Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients at the time of booking or through our website. By continuing to book appointments with us, you agree to the most current terms.

    10. Acceptance of Terms

    By booking and receiving waxing services from our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
